Serán elegibles congresos en todas las áreas del conocimiento, a realizarse en los países de Iberoamérica, <strong>entre el 1° de diciembre de 2022 y el 31 de mayo de 2023</strong>. Los postulantes<strong> </strong>deberán ser estudiantes de doctorado o investigador con doctorado culminado con fecha posterior al 31 de julio de 2017 en caso de ser hombre, o 31 de julio de 2015 en caso de ser mujer.
