<div lang="x-western"><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:13.91px;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial-BoldMT,serif;color:black;font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:14.2667px;background:yellow">Artículo 14 – Categorías horarias</span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial-BoldMT,serif;color:black;font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:14.2667px">. </span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:ArialMT,serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:14.2667px">Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el desempeño de funciones docentes en cargos docentes, debe ser acorde a la categoría horaria, según se detalla</span></span><font size="1"><b><span style="font-family:Arial-BoldMT,serif;color:black"><br></span></b></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:15.6933px;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:14.2667px;font-family:ArialMT,serif;color:black">seguidamente:<br>a) Docentes de dedicación alta:<br>Tienen una carga horaria semanal de 30, 35, 40 o 48 horas.<br>Quienes integran esta categoría deben cumplir integralmente las funciones docentes, desarrollando todas<br>ellas a lo largo del periodo de desempeño, con énfasis relevante en la función de enseñanza y en otra de las<br>funciones establecidas en el artículo 1°, según lo determine cada servicio.<br>Asimismo deben asumir, de acuerdo a su grado, responsabilidades vinculadas a la gestión académica.<br>b) Docentes de dedicación media:<br>Tienen una carga horaria semanal de 16, 20 o 24 horas.<br>Son docentes que deben desarrollar en profundidad al menos la función de enseñanza y otra de las<br>funciones establecidas en los literales b) y c) del artículo 1°, según lo determine cada Servicio.<br>c) Docentes de dedicación baja:<br>Tienen una carga horaria semanal de 6, 10 o 12 horas.<br>Son docentes que deben desarrollar principalmente tareas que corresponden a la función de enseñanza de<br>acuerdo a los requerimientos del cargo.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:15.6933px;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:14.2667px;font-family:ArialMT,serif;color:black"><br></span></p></div>
