Dear Colleague,

I would like to ask you please to circulate the announcement below as  
much as possible. It concerns the scholarships for IMM Pakistan and is  
open to applicants from any country! However the deadline is very  
soon, 28 February! So this is really a very last call! The application  
process is very straightforward so there is time to apply. Please  
forward the announcement to anyone you know who might be able to  
forward it to interested students, especially in Asia and Africa.
