Gracias Matías por el claro mensaje. Creo que es una oportunidad
extraordinaria para muchos jóvenes Uruguayos, donde típicamente
PEDECIBA puede tomar la iniciativa. En lo personal aliento a las
nuevas generaciones a intentar asistir, por todo lo que significa
ponerse en contacto con el pleno de la comunidad internacional. Hay
algunos doctorandos o posdoctorandos en Europa, y desde allí puede ser
más accesible. Los que vayan desde aquí podrían aprovechar a visitar
institutos en Europa donde tengan contactos de investigación.
