Dear Colleagues,

ICTP and COMSATS University in Lahore, Pakistan are working together  
to set up a high level 2-year Masters programme taught partly by local  
faculty and partly by mathematicians from several prestigious  
universities worldwide, including Pisa, Porto, Imperial College  
London, and St. Petersburg. Further details can be found here

As part of the programme there is a special jointly funded FELLOWSHIP  
for an INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (i.e. not from Pakistan). Please forward  
this message to anyone you know who might be interested. The programme  
starts in mid-February 2019 so interested applicants should contact me  
(luzzatto en ictp.it <mailto:luzzatto en ictp.it>) and/or the local  
coordinator Professor Sarfraz Ahmad (sarfrazahmad en cuilahore.edu.pk
