Dear colleagues,
We kindly ask for your cooperation in spreading the announcement below
among potentially interested graduate students and researchers.

The Graduate Program in Mathematics (www.pgmat.ufba/.br) at the
Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in Salvador, Brazil has one immediate
Postdoc open position. At the moment, the concentrations areas in
the Graduate Program are: Algebra, Analysis, Dynamical Systems,
Geometry, Probability and Topology.

The fellowships will be for the period of 12 months (that may be renewable)
and has the value of R$ 4.100,00 /month. This correspondes to an approximate
value of US$1900,00/month. The accepted applications may start after
September 1, 2014.
