Dear friends,

It will be a great pleasure to have you here
at the Mathematics Institute of UFRJ, from
9 to 13, next January.

To enjoy a meeteing we are organizing during this period.

This will be somewhat like the meeting we organized last January:

The conference will focus on the global qualitative study (topological and
ergodic) of differentiable dynamical systems.

Our aim is to form a small group of mathematicians, including young
mathematicians and students. A special attention to students.

We are planing four mini-courses, by Jose Alves, Amie Wilkinson,
Pablo Carrasco and Omri Sarig.

We plan to have only  plenary talks and to reserve  a large part of the time
for informal discussions.

We would be very happy if you would be able to participate in this
conference.
We will be grateful if you can further distribute this announcement among
your
collegues.

We are currently applying for support from research agencies and expect to
be
able to cover local expenses in Rio de Janeiro.

We are asking that you reply to this invitation as soon as possible.
