The XV Latinamerican School of Mathematics is sponsored by CIMPA, as a  
CIMPA Research School. It will be held in two consecutive weeks and it  
will take place at Facultad de Matemática, Astronomía y Física  
(FaMAF), Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC), Córdoba, Argentina.
The first week will be dedicated to Lie Theory and the second one to  
Non-commutative Algebra. In each week there will be 2 basic courses  
for advanced and graduate students of 5 lectures each and problem  
sessions, and 4 advanced courses consisting of 5 lectures each which  
will be delivered by internationally recognized specialists. Also  
there will be plenary lectures.

The registration for participants outside Argentina is made through  
the web site of CIMPA.


Special Scholarships:
It be awarded a limited number of special scholarships for  
participants from Bolivia, Chile and Paraguay to cover travel and  
lodging.
Those interested should register through the web site of CIMPA and  
they should send an email to xvelam en famaf.unc.edu.ar enclosing a CV  
and expressing the desire to apply to such grants.
