hay oferta de becas para realizar doctorado en matemática
en la Universidad de Texas Austin y (a la vez) en alguna universidad  
portuguesa.

En particular conozco investigadores de estas instituciones que  
interactúan en temas de dinámica conservativa y que podrían recomendar  
estudiantes uruguayos interesados en estos temas. Sugiero a los  
posibles interesados consultar las páginas web indicadas más abajo.
