El próximo martes 11 de julio a las 16:30 el Prof. Matthieu Tissier de la 
Universidad de Paris VI dictará una charla a la que están todos invitados. 
Esta tendrá lugar en el Salón de Seminarios del IFFC. 

El título y resumen son 

 Title: An introduction to the physics of random field systems

Abstract: I propose an introduction to the physical properties of
statistical systems whose hamiltonian has a random part (due to
impurities, dislocations, etc.) which couples linearly to the field
(as a magnetic field). Being simple enough, this situation is common
to many different experimental realizations. However there appears
many unusual properties (dimensional reduction, quasi-long range
order, modified hyperscaling relations) that I shall describe in
details. At the end of the seminar I will present recent results
obtained in the framework of the nonperturbative renormalization
group, which enables to give a coherent picture of these unusual properties.
